How it works
Sending direct-to-vendor letters with Stannp is now easier than ever. Here’s a step-by-step guide:
- Step 1: Ensure you have a token account
Users must have a Nimbus token account with a sufficient balance to send letters through Stannp. Each letter sent will cost 1 Nimbus Token, regardless of the number of pages.
- Step 2: Access "My Sites"
Navigate to My Sites within Nimbus and choose the stage that contains the properties you want to target.
- Step 3: Select "Send Letters"
Under the chosen stage, select “DTV Letter Sending” or “Send Letters” to begin the process.
- Step 4: Choose a letter template
Pick from existing templates or create a custom letter that includes merge fields pulling in Nimbus data.
- Step 5: Set the recipient's address
Users can select either the owner's address or the title address as the recipient. If sending to title owners, ownership documents must be purchased in advance.
- Step 6: Review & edit merge fields
Before sending, users can review and edit the merge fields to ensure accuracy, providing full control over the letter’s content.
- Step 7: Send via Stannp
Once satisfied, select “Send by Stannp” and review the cost. Confirm your campaign to send the letters.
- Step 8: Download sent letters
Nimbus will generate a copy of the letters sent via Stannp for the user’s records, ensuring transparency and documentation.
- Step 9: Track campaign progress
Monitor campaign statuses and individual letter dispatches via the “Manage Stannp Campaigns” section in My Sites.
Additional features
- Automatic address filtering: Only GB addresses will be accepted, thanks to an address checker API.
- Reliable delivery: Letters are sent 2nd Class via Royal Mail, arriving in 2-3 working days, including Saturdays.
- Printing & delivery: Single-sided, full-colour letters in an enclosed envelope.
- Handling bounce backs: If a letter fails before reaching Stannp, your Nimbus tokens will be refunded.
Nimbus now offers a superior, all-in-one solution that enhances efficiency and reduces the time spent on administrative tasks.
