Craft the perfect letter

With our customisable templates, you can send letters quickly and at scale. Update the text and logo to ensure your letters align with your business's brand.

Set the recipient's address - selecting either the owner's address or the title address.
Review & edit merge fields - Before sending, you can review and edit the merge fields to ensure accuracy, providing full control over the letter’s content.

Send at scale

Letter sending is unlimited at all Nimbus subscription levels, so you can effortlessly satisfy your off-market property requirements to multiple prospects at once.

Send via Stannp - Simply top-up your Nimbus token account with a sufficient balance to send letters through Stannp, from within Nimbus. Once you're happy with your letters select to send your letters via Stannp, directly to recipients.
Send locally - If you prefer to download your letters and print and fulfill them locally, that's also super easy via a PDF.
