After leaving Oxbridge and working in their family's property business for a while, Paul and his brother, Simon, realised that data was the key to having that important edge in property development.
Paul and Simon set out to find as many data points as they could to create workable and profitable strategies for property development. This led to a very successful career in creating opportunities to rework the estates of some large customers into more profitable sites - with project values over £500,000 to £5,000,000, including finding an extra £100,000,000 for one customer's estate alone.
In 2015, Paul and Simon founded Nimbus Maps - a platform that shares all of this data, and the accompanying strategies, with the wider property market, enabling them to use a data and technology-first approach.
Along with the data, Paul enjoys providing cutting-edge education to the market in his weekly webinars with industry experts.

Suzi Carter
Founder | Commercial Property Academy
Suzi Carter is a Chartered Surveyor and has worked in property for almost 30 years. She has extensive experience at Director level with some of the industry's giants, including LandSec plc, Kingfisher Group, and CBRE. Most of her professional career has involved acquiring, developing or asset-managing commercial property and she has been responsible for portfolios worth over £2.5 billion. Suzi is quickly becoming a highly regarded of expert in the Commercial Property education sector, having founded the Commercial Property Academy for aspiring investors in 2020 and more latterly The Board, a small group mentoring programme for motivated commercial property investors, which launches in 2023.
