New residential market layer and My Sites enhancements

05/02/2024

At Nimbus, our commitment to empowering property professionals with cutting-edge tools and features never ends. Today, we're thrilled to unveil our latest product release updates, designed to transform the way you find and assess viable property opportunities.

Let's take a closer look into the details of these updates and discover how they can make your Nimbus experience even better.

Residential Availability (Residential Market layer)

Residential developers and investors often struggle to identify on-market opportunities that align with their investment goals. What’s more, switching between multiple platforms to gather comprehensive data can be time-consuming and inefficient.

Resi Availability w location analysis

That’s why we’ve introduced the new Residential Market layer within Location Analysis - exlusively available for our Advanced and Enterprise clients, users can access a new layer showcasing on-market properties directly within Nimbus. Integrating on-market opportunities within a single platform in this way, alongside other essential datasets, such as planning applications, average residential values and planning constraints, streamlines the property analysis process.

Resi Availability w pop up

Users can also filter properties based on their specific requirements, i.e. whether it's for sale or to-let, and choose between freehold, leasehold, or both. Plus, by hovering over pins on the map, you’ll get additional details such as tenure and price – while a layer information pop-up offers comprehensive insights, including the number of bedrooms, bathrooms, living rooms, floor-plan links, and listing dates.

Personalised tags (My Sites)

Tracking sites with specific criteria and stages in the development process can be challenging. Users need a streamlined way to categorise and filter sites based on their unique requirements.

With this latest My Sites feature, users can now add custom tags to sites, simplifying organisation and categorisation. Whether it's by geographical area, development type, or client name, users can add tags effortlessly to track site criteria and stages.

Enhanced filtering options (My Sites)

Often, users want to efficiently filter sites within My Sites based on specific criteria, such as client names or development types. Existing filtering options may not meet their diverse needs.

Now, users can filter their sites within My Sites based on custom tags they've created. Simply select one or more tags to view only the sites that meet the selected criteria, streamlining site management and analysis in an instant.

Tags filter

Export: Tag integration (My Sites)

Exporting site data from My Sites for sharing or analysis can be time consuming, especially without specific site criteria included in the export.

To combat this, we've added a new column to the My Sites export, including all tags associated with each site. Now, users can filter exported data based on site tags, ensuring precise data sharing and analysis.
