Nimbus® Maps “Black Friday Spin to Win offer” Terms and Conditions – November 2023

Introduction 

You agree to these offer terms and conditions by participating in the promotion. The promotion is being run by Nimbus®. 

Eligibility to qualify

The offer is open to entrants over 18 years of age.  Nimbus® employees, and associates are excluded from the offer. By participating in the offer, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and that you are eligible to receive any discounts that may be awarded to you. There is a limit of one entry per person, and spinning the wheel is free to enter. 

The offer 

The offer is up to 30% discount redeemable on a new 12-month Nimbus® Maps subscription, when paid annually, or a new 18-month Nimbus® Maps subscription, when paid monthly, and is not redeemable against any other products or services. For new clients, the offer discount will expire at the end of the agreed term i.e. 12 or 18 month period from when the subscription started. 

If you have already subscribed to Nimbus® Maps Service, you are eligible for this “Black Friday Spin to Win offer” when you extend your subscription to Nimbus for an additional 12 or 18-month period as outlined above, in addition to the duration of your remaining contract. Please contact your account manager or our customer success team to discuss the validity of this offer.  If you have taken advantage of other Nimbus® Maps promotions, you may be ineligible for this “Black Friday Spin to Win offer”.   

The prize is non-transferable and non-exchangeable, and no cash alternatives will be provided. We reserve the right to withdraw the offer at any time. This offer (the “Black Friday Spin to Win offer”), which is made to you by Nimbus® (as defined in the Nimbus® Maps Terms and Conditions of Use), entitles new clients to purchase access to the Nimbus® Service (as defined in the Nimbus® Terms and Conditions of Use) at a discounted rate, if the offer is claimed within the promotional period, which ends on 1st December at 23:59. 

You may only use this offer once, and the discount is non-transferable.  

Claiming of discount 

The discount will only be given on the purchase of a new 12-month Nimbus® Maps subscription, when paid annually, or a new 18-month Nimbus® Maps subscription, when paid monthly which will be subject to the standard terms of purchase, and a credit check may be required. Nimbus® reserves the right to terminate or withdraw the “Black Friday Spin to Win offer” at any time, for any reason, without prior notice, or to amend these terms and conditions.  After such time of termination, Nimbus® shall not be obligated to redeem any further “Black Friday Spin to Win offer” discounts. Only new clients, or previous clients with good credit standing, will be eligible for the discount.  

Data Protection

You agree that Nimbus® will use any personal information you provide when entering the offer for the purposes of administering the offer and other purposes as specified in our Privacy Policy.  

Limitation of Liability 

Nimbus® accepts no liability for any damage, loss, injury, or disappointment suffered by any offer claimants entrants as a result of participating in the offer.
